how to use

can be used as exfoliator gentle scrub or foaming body cleanser.

as a body cleanser:

use everyday with a loofah or alone by scooping from the jar with your hand and massaging into your damp and warm skin. rinse thoroughly with warm water.

as an exfoliator gentle scrub with an exfoliating mitt (e.g. kessa glove):

use once or twice weekly and avoid contact with eyes. before applying on skin, turn on a hot shower for a few minutes to generate moisture and prepare your skin. apply a thick layer on damp warm skin. leave it for a few minutes while massaging it, and rinse thoroughly. you can then use an exfoliating mitt to scrub your skin and once you are done rinse off all the dirt, grime and dead skin off your body.
